REFLECTION mine and yours
Clarke Reynolds
1.5 metres across 50 cm high
This artwork is a mirror piece called “reflection mine and yours”
It is a mirror that has been sanded to look blurry. Then the word ‘reflection’ is spelt out in Braille discs with reflective material, hence the name of the piece.
This piece of artwork was unfortunately smashed in transit to the exhibition. This caused parts of the glass to shatter. Clarke reflected on this and felt the fracturing of the glass represented fractured vision.
